If you contact us by order and e-mail, we process the personal data you provide, but at least first name, last name and e-mail address and possibly telephone number to process your request.

To the extent necessary to respond to your inquiry, WiedenBräu reserves the right to share the data with partner companies in the WiedenBräu network. If third-party providers (processors) are used, they are selected by WiedenBräu with regard to your information security. No further use of your personal data will take place. Under no circumstances will WiedenBräu pass on or otherwise disseminate your personal data to third parties for advertising and marketing purposes without your express consent.

Your personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose pursued by the transfer and for as long as is required by law. The deletion of the stored personal data will also take place if you revoke your consent to the storage.

NEWSLETTER

On our website there is the possibility to subscribe to a free newsletter. If you have signed up to receive our newsletter, we process the personal data you have provided. In order to be able to send you newsletters on a regular basis, your personal data such as master data (e.g. title, first name, last name), address data (e-mail, address) will be processed and passed on to our advertising agency to carry out the mailing. Your data will be processed and stored for the duration of your consent and will be deleted immediately in case of revocation. The legal basis for the processing is your consent.
